Refund
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged during shipping or you receive an incorrect item.
Our policy is valid for 5 days from the date of purchase. After 5 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 1–2 business days.

Damaged Goods
If your product was damaged during transit, please email proof of damage to dermacraze@gmail.com within 48 hours to request a replacement.
