We Accept ZERO returns or refunds unless items got damaged during shipping or incorrect items received.
Our policy last 5 days. After 5 days since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return-your products MUST be unused and in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Once we received your return and inspect it, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we received your returned items and also if it’s approved or rejected.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days.

Damaged Goods
If your product was damaged during transit, please provide proof of damage goods via e-mail at dermacraze@gmail.com within 48 hours for replacement.
